Returns, Exchange & Cash Back Policy

Our policies on returns, exchanges, and cashback are straightforward. Kindly review them carefully.

Exchange:

We offer a 15-day exchange policy, allowing you to exchange the product if it doesn’t meet your expectations or fit properly. You can exchange it for the same product or any other item. (Please note that courier charges for exchanges will be at the customer’s expense.) This policy excludes beauty products and sale items. Exchanges will only be accepted if the product is unused and in its original packaging (PLEASE KEEP THE TAG ON). You can contact us via WhatsApp for exchanges within 15 days.

Return:

We have a 15-day return policy, meaning if you are not satisfied with the product or it doesn’t fit, you can exchange it for the same item or any other product. If you prefer not to exchange, you will receive a voucher for the same value as the purchased items, which can be used for future purchases. Returns will only be accepted if the product is unused and in its original packaging (PLEASE KEEP THE TAG ON). An invoice slip is required for the return. You can contact us via WhatsApp for returns within 15 days (please note, courier charges for returns will be the customer’s responsibility).

Refund/Cashback:

If you’re not satisfied with the product and would like a refund, you can WhatsApp us within 15 days. Our representative will contact you, and if the service is available in your location, we will arrange for the product to be collected. Your refund will then be transferred to your bank account or EasyPaisa/JazzCash account. Returns will only be accepted if the product is unused and in its original packaging (PLEASE KEEP THE TAG ON). You will receive 70% of the invoice amount as a refund. The refund will only be processed if the product is undamaged and unused. Please allow 10 days for the refund process. (Any bank charges for refunds/cashbacks will be the customer’s responsibility).
